Temptation Roasted Red Habanero Hot Sauce

Temptation is made from slow roasted and smoked, dark red cherries and red ripened habanero peppers.
Some of those monks that pick our habaneros for Old Abbey get lazy, and leave some of the peppers on the plants, where they ripen longer than normal to a nice red. We couldn't let inventory go to waste!
We slow roast and smoke them with fresh, sweet dark red cherries, and combine them to make a hot pepper mash that's different and tempting!
